
Janet Colaneri
Ms. Colaneri has practiced exclusively in the field of insurance defense since her graduation from the University of Arkansas Law School in 1984. She comes from a legal heritage as the daughter of the late Judge Rockwell D. Colaneri of the District Court of New York.
Ms. Colaneri's area of expertise is litigation with emphasis in fraud-related matters, major property/ casualty losses and first party claims, including those involving statutory and insurance code violations. As an attorney who remains abreast of current changes and developments in insurance law, Ms. Colaneri has acquired expertise in handling unique cases while litigating virtually every provision of the Texas homeowner's and auto liability policies. She enjoys a 90% win/loss ratio in her jury trial experience and is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law.
Ms. Colaneri is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, the Tarrant County Bar Foundation, the College of the State Bar of Texas, and has beeninducted into the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court. John D. White - Associate
Mr. White has been licensed to practice since 1999. Prior to practicing law, he was an English teacher in the Bay City Independent School District and served honorably in the United States Army and Reserves.
Mr. White received his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he was an assistant articles editor for the South Texas Law Review. Mr. White served as briefing attorney to Justice David L. Richards on the Second District Court of Appeals, Fort Worth, during the 2000 term and actively practices before the state appellate courts.

Paige Anders Lewiecki - Associate
Ms. Lewiecki has been licensed to practice since 1998. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Texas Christian University in 1989 and her law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1995. Prior to beginning law school she worked in the non-profit home health/counseling industry in Fort Worth, Texas.
After graduating from law school Ms. Lewiecki began her practice as a staff counsel attorney for Allstate Insurance Company in Dallas, Texas. During her time at Allstate she was chosen Outstanding Staff Counsel Attorney for the State of Texas for the year 2002. In just over four years with Allstate, Ms. Lewiecki tried over fifty cases to verdict, resulting in jury awards at or below the plaintiff’s medical bills more than 90% of the time. Ms. Lewiecki has completed the 40 hours of required training as an attorney-mediator and is qualified to conduct court appointed mediations. Ms. Lewiecki also receives numerous court appointments to serve as a guardian ad litem to represent the interests of minor plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits in the Metroplex.
